Ana Hol is an Associate Lecturer at the University of Western Sydney (UWS). She graduated from UWS with B.A. first class honours and for her achievements was awarded the university medal. Her research interests are in the areas of eTransformation of Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and eCollaboration. She is a member of eTransformation and eCollaboration research teams. As a part of Ana’s PhD research study she is looking at developing performance indicators to measure effectiveness of organisational transformation. Currently she lectures in eTransformation and Enterprise Information Management at UWS.
