Anupama started her Ph. D in 2003 after working as an academic at various levels at UWS for 1½ years.Presently she is employed in University of Western Sydney as an Associate lecturer and involved in teaching in Web and E-business related units. Before joining the UWS as an academic she completed her Masters in Web Engineering in University of Western Sydney in 2001. She has read for her bachelors in Mathematics and Computing in University of Peradeniya in Sri Lanka and completed it with second-class lower division. After completing her bachelors she has held team leader positions in a software development company and in IT division of World Bank and government jointly funded community development project in Sri Lanka.
